    Delighted to create a series of illustrated portraits for the launch of a new artistic festival at Ireland’s National Theatre, The Abbey. Each piece captures one of Ireland’s leading contemporary playwrights whose work will be premiered in the upcoming Dublin Theatre Festival.

    It was an amazing evening drawing live at the stunning production of this play by Mary Manning. Set in 1930s Dublin, it deals with issues that still resonate with young people today. Visually striking, it was a joy to draw both the sets and the actors as they performed.

    A gorgeous weekend was spent at Brown Thomas drawing the fantastic customers and team during their Portrait of Beauty event for International Women’s Day. Each portrait was gifted to the sitter, and it was amazing to meet and chat with everyone while they were illustrated.

    Thank you to So Edited Magazine and to Astrid Kearney for featuring my illustrations from the beautiful Paul Costelloe show at LFW. It was a joy to illustrate the incredible collection live, capturing the garments and atmosphere through drawing.

    Another amazing time was had capturing looks from wonderful designers including Paul Costelloe and Yuhan Ao at this LFW season. It was fantastic to draw both behind the scenes and front row at a variety of shows across the city.

    Three figurative pieces are currently exhibited at The Trampery in London alongside a variety of fashion and fine artists. This show presents work dealing with themes of fashion, identity and the human form.

    Showcase of work at Lunar New Year celebration in London

    It was a brilliant experience showing work and doing live drawing during a celebration of the Lunar New Year at Spitalfield’s Market, London. A range of creatives and performers were involved during this vibrant and eclectic weekend of exhibition and workshops.

    Illustrating Live for Phorest at the Salon Owners Summit

    It was fantastic to draw live at the recent Salon Owners Summit at the Radisson Blu Royal in Dublin.

    Hosted by Phorest, this event celebrated national and international salon owners, and it was wonderful to capture them through drawing as they connected and chatted during the reception.

    An exciting and packed evening was had illustrating digitally at the store launch of luxury yoga brand Alo in Grafton Street this week. It was amazing to meet so many customers who were stocking up on the wonderful Alo products before sitting for their individually drawn portraits.

    What an enjoyable weekend illustrating live at the newly reopened Pandora store in Henry Street, Dublin. It was fantastic to chat to people and personalize gift boxes for them after they bought gifts for loved ones.

    Three illustrated books exhibited at The Dublin Art Book Fair

    Excited to exhibit three different books at this year’s Dublin Art Book Fair in Temple Bar Gallery. This long-established annual event celebrates the medium of books in every form from small press to artists’ creations.

    I have compiled a set of ten postcards from London Fashion Week, a saddle-stitched book about London shoes and an accordion book illustrating the sequences of a dance. All drawings have been developed from my observational sketchbooks into finished pieces and there are six copies of each book available at the show.

    The show runs from November 21st-December 1st 2024

    It has been fantastic to draw at events during the amazing Dublin Independent Fashion Week. Championing emerging and established designers, this series of events promotes sustainability, local businesses and circular fashion. Highlights to draw were the ethereal Aisling Duffy designs and garments by brand Wahala.

    It was exciting to be part of this wonderful celebration of performance, art and music in Whitechapel, London.

    Over the weekend, a host of creatives connected, collaborated, and displayed their various works. It was great fun to deliver a workshop on bookbinding to attendees as well as selling my fashion Giclée prints and cards.

    Excited to be nominated this week for 'Fashion Illustrator of the Year' by The Creatives Awards. The event will take place in December 2024 in London.

    Packed with live drawings from backstage and the front row at LFW, this collection of work has been shortlisted alongside a variety of exciting fashion art for the 9th FIDA Fashion Illustration Awards.

    A wonderful morning was had drawing live at the first-ever Dublin Hat Walk. This event ran parallel with others all around the world including the New York Hat Walk and the London Hat Walk, both of which were celebrating anniversaries on the day.

    It was amazing to draw the glamorous ladies and inventive millinery on display in such a beautiful setting, St. Stephen’s Green.

    ‘Deco Bracelet’ has been shortlisted for the FIDA Fashion Awards. This illustration using papercutting and drawing was selected for the final round of judging by a panel of renowned artists and designers in the Multidisciplinary category.
